Chase’s passion for baking started in St. George, Utah when he got a job as an artisan baker at Harmons. He combined bread with his other passion, local food and health, and went on an adventure to create a delicious, nourishing and local centric Bread.
He learned his trade through hands on experience, self teaching and textbooks written on bread from the San Francisco Baking Institute.
He now lives in the heart of Ogden, Utah about his bakery with his wife, Celeste. When he isn’t baking he is visiting farms, supporting Red Acre Center, hiking , spending time with friends or reading a book
