Curious about sourdough and ready to learn the process from start to finish? This hands-on sourdough class will walk you through every step of making a beautiful, nourishing loaf at home.

During class, we’ll cover:

  • Caring for and maintaining a sourdough starter

  • Flour selection & temperature

  • Mixing and folding techniques

  • Fermentation & timing

  • Shaping, proofing, scoring, and baking

Each participant will go home with:

  • One fully baked sourdough loaf

  • One unbaked loaf to finish at home

  • A banneton basket

  • A basic lame for scoring

  • The knowledge and confidence to bake sourdough on your own

This class is perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a solid foundation in traditional sourdough baking.

You can order ahead of time here, or you can stop by and order that night. Ordering online is preferred because we will have a limited number of doughs ready the day of.

Fairy Ball

Step into a midsummer evening of magic, music, and movement.

Join us for a whimsical Fairy Ball in celebration of the summer solstice… the longest day of the year and a time of light, joy, and connection. This will be an evening to dress up, dance, and gather in a space that feels a little outside of the ordinary.

Come dressed in your most enchanting attire… fairy, forest, celestial, or anything that makes you feel magical.

Throughout the evening, guests will be invited to participate in Fairy Quests. Playful, fun, and sometimes chaotic prompts designed to spark connection and fun.

Choose your own adventure with different tiers:

-Icebreaker quests (gentle & social)

-Silly quests (playful & lighthearted)

- Chaotic fey quests (for the bold)

Your ticket includes:

  • A charcuterie board

  • Pastries from the bakery

  • Fairy Wine (cocktails and mocktails)
