During class, we’ll cover:
Caring for and maintaining a sourdough starter
Flour selection & temperature
Mixing and folding techniques
Fermentation & timing
Shaping, proofing, scoring, and baking
Each participant will go home with:
One fully baked sourdough loaf
One unbaked loaf to finish at home
A banneton basket
A basic lame for scoring
The knowledge and confidence to bake sourdough on your own
